The recipient of a bachelor of science in engineering technology from the University of South Florida, Howard Fein began his career in Price Waterhouse's oil and gas division and has since worked in medical sales and real estate. He worked tirelessly growing Orthopedic markets and in the Plastic Surgeon markets. Making one newer product the defacto standard in the Aesthetics field and becoming the dominate company in his region. Later while leading Pemf For Life, Inc, Howard Fein marketed and sold pain-alleviating medical devices to orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other medical professionals.
Regarding his real estate pursuits, Mr. Fein served as president of Fine Realty Corp. from 2008 to 2016, during which time he focused on acquiring multi-family rental properties, RV Parks and mobile home parks in Florida. He has served as CEO of Fine Investment Properties since 2015, during which time he has acquired, rehabilitated, and sold commercial properties. One of their last projects, he transformed a property with three 20,000-square-foot buildings into a profitable storage facility.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Howard Fein supports organizations such as the Red Cross, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (previously the Leukemia Society of America), and Habitat for Humanity. His other interests include tennis, sport clay shooting, and boating.
